The working principle of the rotary flash dryer for enzyme preparation is as follows

The particles with lower moisture content and smaller particle size are entrained by the rotating air flow and further dried in the rising process. As the gas-solid two-phase flow in rotation, the inertia of solid phase is greater than that of gas phase, and the relative velocity of solid-gas phase is relatively large, which strengthens the heat and mass transfer between the two phases, so the production intensity of rotary flash dryer is relatively high.
